CounterDesk is order management for online sellers in Sri Lanka. It brings your orders from your store, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and phone calls into one place. It shows the real profit on each order, and it comes with your own online store.

Orders and profit
You enter your product costs, delivery rates and fees once. CounterDesk then works out the profit on every order. If a cost is missing, it shows “not set” instead of guessing.
Orders, stock and customers still work. Profit shows as incomplete until you add your costs.
Yes. Add them with a simple order form in under a minute. They join the same list as your store orders.
It helps you spot risky orders. You can mark cash on delivery orders as checked with the customer. You get a warning when the same phone number orders again soon, or when a flagged customer orders.
No. Stock goes down the moment an order is placed, from any channel.
No. It shows the profit on each order, but it does not do tax, payroll or bookkeeping.

No. CounterDesk comes with its own online store, connected to your orders and stock.

Payments and delivery
